Pitch prices:

The pitch prices include: access to all equipment, free services and leisure equipment (swimming pools, play area, entertainment).

Holiday tax is payable for persons over 15 years of age ( 0,55 € per day )

A deposit of 20 € for automatic access is also payable on arrival.

Conditions of family price: The family price is applicable for stays of a mininum of 1 week reserved with the booking form . This price includes the pitch with electicity, one car, 2 adults and 2 children . Extra persons will  be charged the usual price.

Accommodation prices:

The accommodation prices include: Accommodation and equipment, the pitch, water, electricity, access to shower block for family tents , one parking space, access to all campsite facilities & entertainment (except tennis court). 1.5 € per day extra for dogs.  

Holiday tax at the current rate for persons over 15: 0.55€ per day per person

A deposit of 150 € is payable for the accommodations. This deposit includes the deposit for the key for the campsite barriers  Deposits are returned on departure after the accommodation has been checked. The final cleaning of the accommodation is the client’s responsibility. On request we can carry out the final cleaning for 50 Euros.  

Conditions of payment:

For pitches. 75 Euros deposit. This deposit is fixed per pitch whatever the length of stay and will be deducted from the total payable at the end of your holiday.  

For accommodation: 25% deposit and total amount payable 30 days before your arrival in July and August or on arrival for stays during May, June or September.

Cancellation  All cancellations must be made in writing. In the case of a cancelled holiday, the following amounts will be retained on payments received or due:

For accommodation: - more than 60 days before arrival date: 75 Euros - between 60 and 31 days: 25% of total amount - between 30 and 8 days: 50% of total amount - between 7 and 2 days: 75% of total amount - less than 2 days: 100% of total amount

For pitches: fixed price of 75 Euros whatever the date.  

Arrival and reception

For accommodation: in July and August the accommodation is available on Thurday or Friday or Saturday from 3 pm and must be vacated on Thurday or Frifay or Saturday at 10 am . During the Spring season stays are from midday to midday.  

For pitches stays are from midday to midday.  All campers must respect the rules and regulations of the campsite. The court of Lorient is responsible for any cases which may occur.

Late arrivals  Any delay must be notified as soon as possible. In the case of late arrival without notice, the accommodation becomes free to let from 2 pm the day after your arrival date. We reserve the right to let the accommodation after this delay. No reduction or refund will be given in the case of late arrival or early departure.
